  This place is like Gump's box of chocolates when it comes to quality of product and service: you never know what you're going to get. Still, both are better than most McD's in the Charleston area. Almost always busy since it's so close to the interstate.

  We should have the option to give them zero stars... Just an F- . We went through the drive thru.. no cars in front of us but we waited for about 20 minutes while a staff of teenager talked loudly, cussed each other & 1 kid even had a milkshake in one hand while licking on his other fingers! We asked for our money back.. the manager then produce part of our order & tried to substitute the rest. We explained how we lost our appetite seeing someone suck their fingers & everyone else acted like we didn't exist... in addition to waiying 20 MINUTES! She made an excuse & said "Oh that wasn't your milkshake & he didn't fix your order." Obviously this is normal to them.. & I guess her explanation was supposed to make it all go away... Nope! Money back please. That place needs to reexamine their staff!!
